This collection is composed primarily of correspondence, as well as budget records, press releases, event calendars and invitations, travel requests, and photographs. The collection documents the activities of Director of the Los Angeles County Natural History Museum, William "Pete" Lee from 1980-1981 and incldues correspondence regarding exhibitions development, exhibitions loans, field research, the La Brea Tar Pits, and the American Association of Museums' delegation to China.
